Buried Double Eyelid Surgery
It’s a non incision procedure which helps to create a folded upper lid from a lid that has no fold. Eyelids with no fold are called single eyelids.
Partial Incisional Double Eyelid Surgery
This type of oculplastic surgery is executed to remove fat, drooped skin and epicanthal fold which cannot be performed with the non-incision double eyelid surgery. Since it requires partial incision, its surgery period and recovery period are somewhat in between the non-incision surgery and the incision surgery. The possibility for the double eyelid getting undo is less than the non-incision surgery because its knot can be more tightened and buried in more depth.
Incisional Double Eyelid Surgery
It’s the most common method for double eyelid line by removing and adjusting the skin around the eyelids, muscle, fat, connective tissue after incision along the line of the eyelid according to the desired height of the double eyelid line.
This method helps to remove thick muscles around the eyes and adipose tissues of the eyelids, making the eyelids thin, and also removes the wrinkle by treating the sagging skin.
