As the name suggests, being traditional, these medical practices have been prevalent for a long period of time, around 2000 years to be precise. The main Chinese medical techniques include; Herbal Medicine, Acupuncture, massage (Tui na), exercise (qigong), and dietary therapy. These techniques are highly renowned in China and other parts of Asia, and have established their roots in other countries as well.
