Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine was recognized by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Family Affairs in 2007 as the only hospital which was designated for the treatment of Spine.
Awards and Achievements: Jaseng was also presented as to have gifted to the society the most effective non-surgical treatment with scientific proven research at the American Pain Society and European Congress of Physical Rehabilitation Medicine in 2008. In 2010 they were given The Management Awards of the Principle of Consumer Interest Fust (Patient Reliability Sector).
Medical staffs: Jaseng consists about 120 specialists and nurses that treat approximately 500,000 cases every year. Jaseng doctors have been educating others in Korean Medicine through various educational programs by lecturing and training medical specialists from the University of California, Irvine Medical School in the United States, Al-Azhar University Medical School in Egypt and other prominent universities. Centers and Departments: The centers include more than 30 clinics for spinal disorders, bone and joint ailments, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, internal medicine, and gynecology.
Infrastructure: Jaseng’s main facility has over 300 inpatient beds. The four specialized centers are situated at the main hospital building.
Location: The main hospital complex is located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. There are branch clinics in Bundang, Mokdong, Ilsan, Bucheon, Yeongdeungpo, Suwon, Nowon and one in the Shilla Hotel in Jangchungdong.
